Is Play Therapy Professional Right for You?

Our program is designed specifically for therapists who are ready to fully commit to the Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) model.
This is not a general play therapy coaching program.

To be a good fit for Play Therapy Professional, you must:

  • Be ready to practice exclusively from the CCPT model.
  • Be willing to set aside directive or eclectic approaches in your play therapy work.
  • Align with the philosophy that true mastery comes from focusing on a single, nondirective model.

If you’re exploring multiple play therapy modalities, or prefer an integrative approach, this program will not be the right fit.

Our single focus is helping therapists develop full confidence and competence in delivering 100% Child-Centered Play Therapy.

Watch the following video that explains the Play Therapy Professional™ coaching program in detail.

How Enrollment Works for Play Therapy Professional™

We don’t keep enrollment open year-round.

Cohorts are announced approximately five weeks before they begin.

Week 1 — Waitlist Priority
We contact the waitlist first. If the day and time the cohort is planned works for you, you’ll receive a private link to schedule your discovery call.

Weeks 2 through 5 — Public Enrollment
If spots remain, enrollment opens to the public and calls are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cohorts are intentionally small—6 therapists for Play Therapy Professional.

Due to the high demand for this coaching, spots fill up fast.

Get on the waitlist to get first access before the general public!

What Play Therapy Professional™ Graduates are saying

Before the program I felt unsure, shaky, and often feared what might come up in session that I would not be prepared for. Although I believed in the model, I felt insecure around my colleagues who work with children and felt maybe I was missing something.

After the program, I feel confident in my skills, grounded in the model, and empowered. I feel more confident in helping my parents, communicating the “why” behind behaviors, and teaching the skills. I feel ready to handle my sessions even the ones I know will be hard. I am able to handle extremely dysregulated kids with compassion and faith.

Before joining, I felt so lost in my clinical work. I knew play therapy worked.. But was so anxious in the playroom asking myself “Am I even doing anything?” Brenna’s program goes into the skills, pillars, and systems of play therapy making me extremely confident and knowing what I am doing. After the program, I have stuck to a process with all kids and parents – seeing such results.

I like how Brenna is direct. She tells you straight. She also has a strong system in place and clear in her approach. So many supervisiors are so wishy, washy or eclectic . Brenna is the person I have learned the MOST from out of all my supervisors. She will go into DEPTH training of the model. You will also watch videos of yourself and also peers which was so helpful. Many programs or supervisors do not even offer this.

Before this coaching program, I was drowning figuring out “what to do” each session for each client and always looking for more stuff to buy to aid children in their play. Now, I know how to “be with” a child, turn responsibility to them, and let them be in charge of their own session. Now, I believe in the child and believe in the process. It is not about me “figuring out” how to entice the child to do the work.

My journey with Brenna began months before I joined the program, when I discovered the Play Therapy Podcast. I couldn’t stop listening– and devoured all 300+ episodes before I began. I knew I needed to work with her personally, because i wanted her to critique my sessions and show me how to actually apply the things I’d heard her talk about on podcasts.

The program did not disappoint.
